Internal Affairs Unit discussion – 2026.10.08

Under the guidance and instructions of the Chief Secretary of the North Central Province, J.M.R.P. Jayasinghe, the Head of the Internal Affairs Unit, R.M.P.D. Pushpa Kumari, along with the unit’s officers and support staff, convened at the Chief Secretary Office on 2026.10.08 at 11.00 AM. During that meeting, the newly prepared self-evaluation forms designed to evaluate each staff member of the Chief Secretary’s Office were discussed. All officers of the Internal Affairs Unit agreed to expedite this initiative, noting that it provides an opportunity for individuals to independently assess their own integrity, identify shortcomings, and make necessary corrections. Furthermore, the Chief Secretary and the Head of the Internal Affairs Unit instructed all members to promptly develop an e-newsletter, enabling staff members as well as all public officers across the province to share their views and insights.
