Interview Schedules & Instructions for Grade 3-I (a) Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service
The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has officially released the interview time schedules, operational instructions (G3 & G4), and mandatory candidate formats (F2, F3, F4, F5) for the recruitment of employed and unemployed graduates into Grade 3-I (a) of the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service.
These interviews cover Sinhala, Tamil, and English medium teacher vacancies across National and Provincial Schools island-wide, based on the competitive exam held on May 24, 2026. Official calling letters were posted to permanent residential addresses starting from November 01, 2026. In the North Central Province, interviews are scheduled for November 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25, 2026.

Public Service Graduates
The Graduates employed in the Public Service as per the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2474/18 dated 02.02.2026The list of applicants who have qualified for the interview based on the subjects applied for and the school categories (National, National/Provincial, Provincial) according to the province indicated by the applicant as their permanent residence in accordance with the Electoral Register 2022.
Other Graduates
Other Graduates according to the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2474/19 dated 02.02.2026 as amended by the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2476/18 dated 18.02.2026List of applicants who have qualified for the interview based on the subjects applied for and the school categories (National, National/Provincial, Provincial) according to the province indicated by the applicants as their permanent residence in accordance with the Electoral Register 2025 and the applicants qualified for the vacancies allocated for the persons with permanent disabilities under the Note 4 of the Gazette.
