North Central Provincial Chief Secretary’s Office Conducts Special Awareness Program to Combat Bribery and Corruption – 2026.10.14
The Internal Affairs Unit of the North Central Provincial Chief Secretary’s Office conducted a special awareness campaign on October 14, 2026, aimed at curbing bribery and corruption and raising public awareness across the province.
Organized with the full approval and support of the Provincial Road Passenger Transport Authority, the program aimed to educate the public on how to report and submit information regarding acts of bribery or corruption.
As part of this initiative, awareness stickers containing official hotlines and guidelines for lodging complaints were displayed in passenger buses operating within the province, at major bus stands, and in high-traffic public areas. The primary objective of this program is to ensure transparency in the public service and deliver an efficient, corruption-free service to the public.
