Staff Meeting of the North Central Provincial Council Chief Secretary’s Office Held – 03.11.2026

The staff meeting of the Chief Secretary’s Office of the North Central Provincial Council was held on November 03, 2026, at 2:30 PM at the Chief Secretary’s Office in Anuradhapura. Chaired by Mr. J.M.R.P. Jayasinghe, Chief Secretary of the North Central Province, the meeting was attended by all officers representing the Establishments Division, Finance Division, Information Technology Division, and the Legal Unit operating under the Chief Secretary’s Office.

During the meeting, the Chief Secretary informed the officers about the National Productivity Awards Ceremony scheduled to be held on 08.11.2026 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), recognizing the Chief Secretary’s Office for securing third place in the 2025/2026 Productivity Competition.

The Chief Secretary inquired about the challenges faced by the officers in carrying out office operations, as well as their views and suggestions, emphasizing the importance of all staff members acting with transparency when discharging their duties. Addressing the gathering at the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. J.M.R.P. Jayasinghe stressed the need for continuous cooperation and coordination among all staff members to deliver a more efficient and high-quality public service to the people.
