Special “Experience Sharing Programme” for North Central Province Officers in Badulla — 26.10.2026

Organized with the participation of officers from the Management Development and Training Unit and the Office of the Chief Secretary of the North Central Province, a special “Experience Sharing Programme” is being held from October 26 to 28, 2026, at the Management Development Institute, Badulla.

The main objectives of this programme are to enhance the efficiency of the public service, share experiences on modern management concepts and best practices, and develop the professional competencies of the officers.

This three-day programme can be described as another progressive step taken by the North Central Provincial Public Service towards bringing good governance and public service to an even more excellent level.
