Chandralatha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, Administrative Officers, Chief Management Service Officers, and Subject Officers from institutions where disciplinary inquiries and preliminary investigations have been delayed for more than 3 months were brought together. Mrs. G.K.S. Chandralatha, Deputy Chief Secretary (Administration), alongside Administrative Officer Mr. J.W.R. Thilakarathna, analyzed the reasons for these delays and provided necessary guidance on avoiding future backlogs to ensure investigations are conducted in a timely manner.
