Jayasinghe. Attended by senior government leadership, including ministry secretaries and deputy chief secretaries from across the provincial administration, the meeting focused on a comprehensive evaluation of overall administrative performance, budget allocation efficiency, and financial stability to ensure fiscal responsibility across all provincial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special attention was directed toward tracking both the physical and financial milestones of ongoing development projects to evaluate whether implementation remains aligned with scheduled target timelines. Alongside project monitoring, officials discussed operational challenges currently facing the provincial administration, proposing strategic measures to overcome resource limitations and procedural bottlenecks.
