This industrial development plan is scheduled to be implemented with the objectives of accelerating the province&#8217;s economic development, creating new employment opportunities, and attracting both local and foreign investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the discussion, extensive deliberations were held regarding the key proposals contained in the initial draft, the industrial potentials available within the province (especially agriculture-based industries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises &#8211; MSMEs), and the areas where the technical and financial contributions of Japanese institutions could be obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An agreement was also reached during the meeting to continuously maintain future actions and
