Kodippiliarachchi, Additional Secretary (Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly 40 officials, including administrative officers and subject-in-charge officers from public institutions in the North Central Province, as well as the staff representing the Chief Secretary&#8217;s Office including Mrs. G.K.S.Chandralatha, Deputy Chief
