The high-level session was chaired by Mr. J.M.R.P. Jayasingha, Chief Secretary of the North Central Province, and brought together key senior officials, including all provincial ministry secretaries and deputy chief secretaries under the provincial council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, the committee carried out a comprehensive performance review focusing on the province&#8217;s overall administrative efficiency, budget utilization, and financial stability. Participants closely evaluated the ongoing physical and financial progress of provincial development projects to ensure they remain on track and aligned with designated timelines. In addition to monitoring development goals, the committee addressed critical operational challenges currently facing the administration and explored strategic suggestions to overcome resource constraints and practical obstacles.
